Give Honor with Your Extraordinary Gift

Put the name of an Institution, Family Member, or Friend in or on the building

Northern Caribbean University and the Northern Caribbean University Church with the support of their governing boards will consider naming exterior and interior sections of the Church & SRT Complex in honor of a benefactor (individual, organization, or business) who wishes to cover the cost or make a substantial contribution to the same.

Contributions to Name Exterior Sections of Buildings

  • The University will label the unique exterior sections of a building for benefactors with a minimum financial commitment of 25-40% of the cost to construct the section.

  • Negotiations between the benefactor and representatives of Northern Caribbean University and the Church will determined the final amount. The contribution may be made in a lump sum or divided into equal parts over a three-year pledge period.

  • The duration of all the benefactors name association with the complex shall remain in place for the useful life of the building.

  • Donors whose names appear on the exterior of buildings will be requested to contribute towards the upkeep of the building on an annual basis.

Contributions to Name Interior Sections of Buildings

  • The University will name unique interior sections of a building for benefactors with a minimum financial commitment of at least USD $100,000. Donations to name smaller sections is negotiable.

  • Negotiations between the benefactor and representatives of Northern Caribbean University and the Church will determined the section and the final amount. The contribution may be made in a lump sum or divided into equal parts over a three-year pledge period.

  • The duration of all the benefactors name association with the complex shall remain in place for the useful life of the building.

Coordination of Markings

A system of marking of the external and internal sections of the building will be applied that is uniform with the rest of the complex. Also, a plaque will be located in the lobby or other appropriate area of the building giving the name and biographical sketch of those honored by the external designations.
